The PSIK Awards aim to recognize private equity/venture capital fund managers, advisory firms, banks, and law firms for their achievements in the Polish private equity/venture capital market, as well as their social impact. The competition is organized by the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PSIK), which has represented the interests of the PE/VC sector and supported its development since 2002.
The awards promote the highest professional standards in the private equity/venture capital industry and highlight the contributions of PE/VC investors to the growth of Polish companies.

“We work on projects at a very early stage—often even co-creating them with founders. I’m glad our results speak for themselves and that we’re able to succeed financially together with the founders,” said Radosław Czyrko, Managing Partner.
Award nominees are proposed by PSIK members, finalists are selected by an independent jury, and the winners in each category are chosen by a vote among members of the PSIK community.
“Thank you for the recognition, and we warmly invite current and future founders to build projects with us. Who knows—maybe your project will become the deal of the year or even the decade,” added Arkadiusz Seńko, Managing Partner.
