Radosław is a financier with 20 years of experience on the Polish capital market. His professional career started in a stockbroking company Erste Securities Polska. Later, for eight years, he managed a Venture Capital group Renaissance Partners whose investors included institutions such as ABN AMRO, EBRD and Asset Management. Prior to starting THC Pathfinder, he was for nine years Managing Partner in Xevin Investments Venture Capital Fund one of the most active fund on the Polish VC market. He received a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw, he also graduated from Banking and Finance with a specialization in Corporate Finance. He carried out several dozen investments and successful exits.

Arkadiusz is a management expert and an entrepreneur with technical background, who has been successfully building and scaling innovative online businesses for the past 15+ years.

He founded and serves as the CEO of Red Sky, the largest Polish startup studio company with a global monthly reach of millions of users across a variety of tech products.

Seasoned venture capitalist, investor in multiple high-growth potential technology businesses.

Michał is a venture capitalist with over 15 years of experience in VC, finance, investment banking and advisory.

He received a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, with a specialisation in Corporate Finance. Started professional experience in advisory companies PricewaterhouseCoopers and Azimutus, where he was involved both in management consulting projects and M&A transactions. In McKinsey and Company he was an implementation manager, supporting clients in implementation of key strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining THC Pathfinder he was an Investment Director in MCI Capital, responsible for investments and portfolio management of Internet Ventures VC fund, working closely with portfolio companies on their growth and development.

Maciej gained his professional experience in management consulting (Accenture), finance (Goldman Sachs) and M&A advisory (Oaklins).

He received a Master’s Degree from the Warsaw School of Economics with a specialisation in Corporate Finance. He also took part in CEMS Master’s in Management program (term abroad at University of Cologne).

Before joining the THC Pathfinder team, Aron gained experience in consulting companies (KPMG, EY) and as an analyst in corporate and investment banking, first in Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo and subsequently in Swedish SEB.

He holds a master’s degree in finance from the Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in corporate finance. He also studied at the University of Milan.

Bartosz has over 13 years of experience in legal advisory. Since 2017, he has been supporting the team at Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder and its portfolio companies in the areas of corporate matters, and broadly defined M&A. He has advised on more than 60 investment processes (including follow-up investments), as well as on several exits from investments, and on the introduction of companies to the NewConnect market run by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, as well as ABB transactions.

Over the past 7 years, Kamil has been developing technological projects, from the stage of conceptualization and prototyping, to entering markets, verifying product-market fit and subsequent scaling such organizations. He specializes in corporate and competition strategies as well as operations management. He developed and advised startups from the following sectors: MarTech, HRTech, real estate, biotechnology, sensor data analytics.

Expert in the field of agile product and software development – he was a speaker at industry conferences in London, Dubai, Barcelona, ​​Malta and Poland. Strongly believes in cross-functional, self-organizing teams.

Before joining Pathfinder, Kamil performed the function of COO at Sunscrapers – one of the leading custom software development agencies in Poland, where he managed company operations, and coordinated technological projects in cooperation with founders from the US, UK, Australia or Scandinavia.

A graduate of master’s studies in strategic management at the Warsaw School of Economics, where he also completed the following post-graduate studies: Value Based Management and Financial Engineering. Alumni of Canadian Executive MBA program at the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM).

Provides marketing and PR support to the fund and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining THC, for almost five years she was developing marketing strategies and co-creating the brand image of one of the leading Polish law firms. She also has got experience in service design.

Sylwia is a legal advisor by profession. In her legal career she specialised in, among others, intellectual and industrial property laws, advising the advertising and media industry as well as innovative creators.

Efi has extensive experience working as both a manager and a consultant in various companies across Israel, Europe, and the US. He possesses a diverse background in organizational excellence across multiple industries, including manufacturing, services, high-tech, healthcare, and startups. Efi has successfully led numerous companies through operational, digital, and business transformations by implementing cutting-edge processes and products, optimizing complex global operations, and developing leaders and managers to drive business growth and global expansion.

In addition, Efi serves as a mentor in various startup programs worldwide, where he has supported startups from different industries in achieving innovation and improving product development, among other things. As an entrepreneur, he has founded several companies, both as an owner and as a venture builder.

Efi is a board member of the EU Tech Chamber (the largest European tech organization) in its Startups & Finance Alliance and serves on the advisory board of the European Leadership Network (ELNET).

Jan is an independent corporate finance professional providing advice to leading European tech companies and investors. 

He has over 16 years experience in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and NOAH Advisors providing M&A and capital raising advisory for growth- and late-stage technology companies. He has closed over 30 transactions with an aggregate deal value of over €10 billion.
