At FoundersAcademy.pl, users can take a startup scoring test, complete the Masterclass Online program, and access external applications that support individual and team skill development.
Founders Academy is the first educational platform in Poland that offers practical knowledge for business management and tech product development. Among its key tools are the Masterclass Online – a lean canvas-based course on building a scalable business model – and the Scoring Platform, which evaluates startup ideas using proprietary algorithms. Users who complete the test receive a detailed report assessing their business concept.
The Founders Academy is built on nearly 20 years of experience from Red Sky – one of Poland’s largest startup studios – in launching and growing tech ventures. The project was also supported by investment analysts from the Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder fund and external experts.

The scoring platform is the first tool of its kind in Poland to provide a measurable assessment of a project’s market readiness. All tools within the Founders Academy are free, and the platform is continuously expanding with premium applications. These already include features such as a soft skills assessment tool and an AI-powered Lean Canvas form that helps map out a startup’s growth.
