Selmo Tops the List of Best Polish Startups of 2025

Our portfolio company Selmo, a leader in the European live, social, and video commerce market, has been ranked second in the list of the best Polish startups of 2025 published by Forbes Polska.

Selmo is a system that automates sales in social commerce channels. It operates in both SaaS (platform) and live-streaming marketplace models (via the Selmo App).

Selmo boasts impressive financial results. In 2024, the company reported a GMV of PLN 1.5 billion (with plans to grow this to PLN 2.5 billion in 2025), as well as approximately PLN 11.5 million in revenue and PLN 3.6 million in net profit. In 2024 alone, 7.5 million orders were placed through the platform, and by April this year, over 600,000 users were actively using the Selmo App.

The company is actively selling in eight countries outside of Poland (including the USA, France, Italy, and Portugal). However, its tools and technology have gone viral globally, with sellers in countries like Mauritius, Hong Kong, and Japan also using them.
