Jan is an independent corporate finance professional. With over 16 years’ experience in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and NOAH Advisors, he provides M&A and capital raising advisory for growth- and late-stage technology companies. He has closed over 30 transactions with an aggregate deal value of over €10 billion.
