GigaSell.AI – an AI agent generating B2B leads for sales teams, SafeMe – a personal safety assistant, and TenderPro – an AI agent for automating public procurement processes are the three projects that Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder has just invested in. In the first rounds, the fund allocated nearly PLN 4 million to these investments in total.
“The founders of GigaSell.AI, SafeMe, and TenderPro are building solutions that address real customer problems, offering products that are changing the market. Each of these projects has the potential to become a leader in its category within just a few years, and we want to help them reach that goal faster,” says Arkadiusz Seńko, Managing Partner at Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder.
GigaSell.AI is an AI agent supporting sales teams by automating the customer acquisition process. It reaches ideal prospects, generates leads, and conducts sales conversations all the way to closing deals – operating 24/7. The platform also makes it significantly easier for clients to expand into international markets and acquire new customers worldwide, including in countries such as Japan and the United Arab Emirates.
“We believe GigaSell.AI is the most effective AI-driven solution for generating cold B2B sales on the Polish market. Sales activities can be compared to an endless race, and we want to give our clients the fastest and most effective car in the race. This funding round will bring us closer to that goal and enable us to rapidly roll out further innovative features and scale our sales,” says Jakub Król, CEO and one of GigaSell.AI’s three co-founders. The other co-founders are Maciej Gajewski and Mateusz Wyciślik.

SafeMe, founded by Karol Bedyński, Marcel Bedyński, and Stefan Sajdak, also secured financing. The startup offers security agency services accessible via a smartphone app. Users can request remote monitoring of their journey and, in situations of danger or uncertainty, connect with a safety assistant who provides guidance, support, and helps effectively contact emergency services at a designated or automatically detected location.
Both individuals and companies can use the app. SafeMe is the first security-tech company in Poland to enable employers to offer personal safety as an employee benefit.
“SafeMe fills a gap that arises when people feel threatened or uncertain, but the situation does not yet justify calling the emergency services—or when they don’t realize they are in danger, for example, if they are unfamiliar with the area or don’t notice they are being taken on the wrong route. Our Safety Assistants know how to act in such moments and provide support, real help, and effective intervention, including notifying the relevant services. What’s more, they are active across all of Poland, 24/7,” explains Karol Bedyński, co-founder of SafeMe.

TenderPro is another project that has secured financing from Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder. It is the first AI agent in Poland designed for participants in public tenders. Using past procurement data and contractor history, the tool identifies tenders that match a company’s profile, analyzes documentation, helps eliminate formal errors, and assesses the chances of winning. As a result, it significantly speeds up the process of finding opportunities, deciding on participation, and submitting bids.
“This is a fundamental change in the approach to tenders. Today, preparing a tender offer is a time-consuming and costly process, requiring days of work from entire teams. TenderPro changes that. Our platform uniquely combines market expertise with artificial intelligence, enabling bids to be prepared faster, more accurately, and more effectively,” says Anna Budzanowska, founder and CEO of TenderPro, who brings more than 20 years of experience in designing and executing tender processes.

The fund’s team is already working on further investments. It is currently targeting pre-seed and seed-stage technology projects in both the B2B and B2C segments, in areas such as AI, cleantech, edtech, medtech, e-commerce, big data, fintech, martech, and cybersecurity—particularly in SaaS and marketplace models.
“As always, we are looking broadly across industries and business models. We don’t limit ourselves to AI, although it’s hard not to notice that artificial intelligence now plays some role in nearly every innovative project. We are also open to working with teams at the concept stage, earlier than most funds. In the next 36–40 months, we plan to invest in around 30 startups,” sums up Radosław Czyrko, Managing Partner at Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder.
